We may:
- Review organizer applications.
- Request additional information.
- Approve applications.

Organizers remain independently responsible for their events.
6. Organizer Responsibilities
By creating or managing an event through Accexafrica, an organizer represents and warrants that:
- They have authority to create and operate the event.
- All event information they provide is accurate and not misleading.
- They have any licenses, permissions, approvals, insurance, venue authorization, permits, or regulatory approvals required for the event.
- Ticket quantities, prices, benefits, access levels, schedules, and event descriptions are presented honestly.
- Any media uploaded is owned by them or used with appropriate permission.
- They will comply with applicable laws.
- They will not use the platform for fraudulent or deceptive events.
- They will honor the ticket access and benefits they advertise unless prevented by circumstances properly disclosed to attendees.

- They will not request unnecessary, unlawful, discriminatory, or excessively sensitive attendee information.
Accexafrica may remove, suspend, restrict, or require changes to an event that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Organizers may configure additional questions that attendees must answer when registering for or obtaining a ticket.
These questions may include fields such as:
- Text responses.
- Long-form responses.
- Dropdown selections.

- Multi-select fields.
- Other supported input types.
The organizer is responsible for determining what information is appropriate and necessary for their event.
Attendees acknowledge that information submitted through organizer-created registration questions may be made available to the organizer for legitimate event administration purposes.
Accexafrica may restrict or remove organizer questions that appear unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, misleading, irrelevant, unsafe, or unnecessarily invasive.
Organizers must not use registration information for purposes that are inconsistent with applicable law, our Privacy Policy, or any disclosure made to attendees.

While Accexafrica may moderate or review listings, we do not guarantee that every organizer-provided statement is accurate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Users should review event details carefully before obtaining a ticket.
9. Tickets
Accexafrica may support multiple ticket types, including:
- Free tickets.
- Paid or regular tickets.
- Sponsored tickets.
- VIP tickets.
- VVIP tickets.
- Other ticket types created or supported by the platform.
A ticket represents access subject to:
- The relevant event terms.

- Event status.
- Any eligibility conditions.
- These Terms.
Tickets may be represented digitally and may include:
- Ticket ID.
- QR code.
- Event information.
- Ticket tier.
- Ticket holder information.
- Ticket status.
- Check-in status.
Possession of a screenshot or copied QR code does not necessarily establish valid ownership of a ticket.
10. Ticket Availability
Ticket availability may be limited.
Placing a ticket in a checkout flow does not necessarily guarantee availability until the transaction or claim has been successfully completed.
A ticket may become unavailable because:
- Inventory has sold out.
- Sponsored inventory has been exhausted.
- A sales period has closed.
- The organizer has paused availability.
- The event has been cancelled or restricted.
- Eligibility conditions have not been met.
- A payment has failed.
11. Ticket Tiers and Access
Some events may use ticket tiers to control physical or digital access.
For example:
- General, Free, or Regular ticket holders may receive access to General spaces.
- VIP ticket holders may receive access to General and VIP spaces.
- VVIP ticket holders may receive access to General, VIP, and VVIP spaces.
Ticket-tier benefits are event-specific.
Organizers are responsible for accurately describing ticket benefits.
Accexafrica may technically enforce access restrictions based on the ticket assigned to an account.
Users must not attempt to bypass ticket-tier restrictions or gain unauthorized access to premium event spaces.
12. Payments
Paid ticket transactions may be processed through third-party payment providers.
Where applicable, users authorize the relevant payment provider and Accexafrica to process the transaction amount.
Prices shown during checkout may include:
- Organizer ticket price.
- Accexafrica service fee.
- Taxes, where applicable.
- Other clearly disclosed charges.
Unless otherwise stated during checkout, Accexafrica may charge a service fee in addition to the organizer's base ticket price.
The applicable amount will be disclosed before payment confirmation.
Payment processing may also be subject to the terms and policies of the relevant payment provider.
13. Service Fees
Where Accexafrica charges a service fee, the amount or calculation method should be displayed before the attendee confirms payment.
The current commercial model may include a percentage-based service fee added to the organizer's ticket price.
Fees may vary by:
- Transaction.
- Market.
- Event.
- Payment method.
- Product feature.
- Commercial arrangement.
Any applicable fee displayed during checkout forms part of the total price the user agrees to pay.
14. Failed or Reversed Payments
A ticket is not considered successfully purchased until payment has been confirmed.
If a transaction:
- Fails.
- Is reversed.
- Is disputed.
- Is charged back.
- Is cancelled.
- Is identified as fraudulent.
Accexafrica may cancel, suspend, or invalidate the related ticket or transaction where reasonably necessary.
Users must not initiate fraudulent chargebacks.
15. Refunds
Refund eligibility may depend on:
- Organizer policy.
- Event cancellation.
- Event postponement.
- Applicable consumer protection law.
- Payment-provider requirements.
- Specific terms displayed during checkout.
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated, purchasing a ticket does not automatically guarantee a right to a refund.
Where an organizer establishes a refund policy, users should review it before purchasing.
If Accexafrica processes a refund on behalf of an organizer, processing times may depend on the relevant payment provider or financial institution.
Certain service or processing fees may be non-refundable where permitted by law and clearly disclosed.

Organizers may change:

Accexafrica is not responsible for an organizer's decision to cancel, postpone, relocate, or change an event, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Sponsored Tickets
Accexafrica may allow individuals, organizations, companies, donors, NGOs, or other sponsors to fund tickets for other attendees.
Sponsored tickets may be:
- Publicly attributed to the sponsor.
- Anonymous.
- Limited in quantity.
- Subject to eligibility conditions.
- Restricted to specific ticket tiers.
- Available only during specific periods.
Receiving a sponsored ticket does not create an employment, endorsement, partnership, or other legal relationship between the attendee and sponsor.
Sponsors must not use sponsored-ticket functionality for unlawful discrimination, deception, manipulation, bribery, or other improper purposes.
18. Sponsorship Pools
Sponsored ticket availability may be managed through sponsorship pools.
When an eligible user successfully claims a sponsored ticket, the available pool may be reduced accordingly.
Accexafrica does not guarantee that a sponsored ticket will remain available until the claim process is complete.
Sponsors may receive aggregated or event-related information regarding:
- Tickets funded.
